Weekly Teaching Schedule

Want to try a class with me? I currently teach at the Oak Square YMCA in Brighton, the Charles River YMCA in Needham, and at the Seaport Green in Boston as part of the Seaport Sweat free fitness series. The classes listed below are the ones I teach on a weekly basis. Please note I also sub for a variety of classes in addition to the ones on my weekly lineup. The calendar at the bottom of this page provides the most up to date overview of where else you can find me in any given week.

Mondays

5:30pm Bootcamp (Seaport Green)

Tuesdays

8:30am Learn to Lift* (Charles River YMCA)

9:30am Total Body Sculpt** (Charles River YMCA) 

Thursdays

6:00am Total Body Conditioning (Oak Square YMCA)

9:30am Total Body Sculpt* (Charles River YMCA)

Fridays

5:00pm Indoor Cycling* (Oak Square YMCA)

*Small group series, must register for all 7 weeks ahead of time.
